How long will my order take to arrive?

Is my order in stock?

All the items listed on our website are in stock.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently only accept card / PayPal payments for online and can offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa Electron and Visa Delta. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to.

Can I pay with cheque?

Sorry, we do not accept payments via cheque.

Can I add items onto my order?

Unfortunately, not, all our customer orders are passed directly to our warehouse for shipping.

Can my order be delivered on a Saturday?

We currently don't offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery.

Can I return makeup if it has already been used but is the incorrect colour?

Unfortunately, if the product has been used we cannot accept a return. If the product is unused and unopened and you decide you do not want the product you can then return and receive a refund.
